WHAT TO WEAR - BALLET SHOWCASE & SOLO CONCERT

babyballet Stars

Babyballet Movers classes - Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays (10:00 - 10:45am) & Saturdays (8:00 - 8:30am) at Cronulla Central.

WHAT TO WEAR - Ballet class attire ideally in the colour ‘ballet pink’:

  • Your own ballet tutu dress or leotard and skirt ideally ballet pink or white. E.g. attire from Big W, Kmart, ‘Petite Etoile’ (Big W brand), ‘Flo’ dance wear or ‘Bloch’ dance wear which most dancers already have.

  • Ballet shoes

*If you are unsure if your dancer’s attire is appropriate or if you need to borrow something please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We would like dancers to be able to wear what they already own but as we are yet to get babyballet uniforms we would like to find a little unity through colour! We are happy to lend you something if needed!

Hair done neatly as you’d like but ensure it is pulled back off the face ie. in a pony tail, plaits, ballet bun, half up half down or pulled back off the face with hair clips etc. (please see pictures for inspo.). Neat hair is important to ensure the audience can see the dancer’s faces while they are onstage, it allows dancers to focus without the distraction of hair in their face or eyes and it is also great practice for future performances which usually require dancers to have a particular hair style or ballet bun.

No makeup required
