Arrive dressed wearing your first costume with hair and make-up done. Please also bring with any other costume in your costume bag.

FIRST HALF:

‘Opening’ - Ballet

  • Pastel Leotard & Skirt

‘Little Mermaid Characters’ -

  • Abby (Ursula Dress, black stockings, black pointe shoes)

  • Sienna (Eel costume)

*Note: these are ‘hired costumes’ & needs to be returned to the costume tub in the girls dressing room after wear - Dancers will need to bring this to the concert but won’t take them home.

SECOND HALF:

‘Never Let Me Go’ - Lyrical

  • Grey lyrical Dress

  • Bare legs

  • Bare feet

‘Above Water’ - Contemporary

(Cate W. - Sophia J. - Sophia E. - Bhinati M. - Irin M. - Fanxi W. - Charlotte K. - Abby L. - Sienna D.)

  • Black, Maroon or Olive mixed style costume (Note:‘hired costumes’ & needs to be returned to the costume tub in the girls dressing room after wear - Dancers will need to bring this to the concert but won’t take them home.

  • Dancers wear the last costume they performed in

What to Wear

Dancers should arrive wearing their first costume with hair & make-up done & their concert tee, jacket or something warm over the top of their costume.

If you are in multiple dance routines our teachers will assist with costume changes backstage

After your PERFORMANCE

If your dancer is not performing in the second half they are welcome to sit in the audience after interval to watch.

A parent will need to check-out their dancer at Stage Door during interval, please pre-book this with us! We will be in touch to organise with our younger students.

Towards the end of the show we will call all dancers sitting in the audience to the ‘Foyer Drop Off ’ where they can come backstage to get ready for the finale. ‘The Foyer Drop off’ is located at Door 2, see map.

Following the show a parent will need to meet their dancer at Stage Door for check-out.

Dancers will exit in their age groups at the approximate times:

8:10 PM (4-6yrs)

8:15 PM (6-9yrs)

8:20 PM (10yrs+)
