Concert - On The Night

 

DATE & LOCATION

Concert - Saturday 23rd November 2024 at The Pavilion Performing Arts Centre, Sutherland (30 Eton St, Sutherland NSW 2232)


Key Times

4:00pm Arrival (in costume and shoes) for stage rehearsal. One parent per dancer will check in at the venue door and accompany their dancer into the auditorium. Parents and dancers should sit together in the front two rows ready for their onstage practice.

5:30pm After their rehearsal, babyballet Stars will go to the backstage dressing room with their teachers.

5:45pm Doors open for the audience.

6:00 pm - 8:30 pm – Show Time*

Our babyballet Stars will perform as the second and fifth dances in the program, taking the stage at approximately 6:05 pm and 6:15 pm.

After their performance, there will be a brief onstage medal presentation for the babyballet Stars. Following the presentation, dancers will be guided by their teachers to the backstage door (located in the foyer) to meet one parent or guardian. Dancers can then join their family in the audience to watch the remainder of the concert.

If you would like a seat for your dancer you can purchase an extra seat and then email The Pavilion Box office and they will exchange for a FREE dancers seat by applying a refund.

*The show will include a 20-minute interval.

Arrive dressed in your first costume with hair and make-up done. Please note hair will be a straight back ballet bun.

Monday, Thursday & Friday babyballet Stars - ‘Jack in the Box’s’

What To Bring/wear

Arrive in your costume with your ballet shoes on & hair done (not ballet stockings)


After your PERFORMANCE

After their performance, there will be a brief onstage medal presentation for the babyballet Stars. Following the presentation, dancers will be guided by their teachers to the backstage door (located in the foyer) to meet one parent or guardian. Dancers can then join their family in the audience to watch the remainder of the concert.

When purchasing your audience tickets, you have the option to add a FREE seat for your dancer to sit beside you after their performance.
