By submitting my registration I agree to the following terms in relation to participating safely in online dance classes: *

1. I give my child permission to be online 2. My child is participating in these classes at their own risk. I understand that dance is likened to sport and, although rare, injury may occur. Demi Jean Dance will not be held responsible for any injury that may occur to my child during dance classes. 3. Online Zoom classes are being monitored by Miss Demi and as such I am aware that each class will be recorded and archived with Demi Jean Dance for child safety purposes. 4. I understand that although the teacher may be able to see my child & all students, online classes require me to take full responsibility to clear my child an appropriate & safe dance space. I will ensure the floor is not slippery; rugs, toys and other tripping hazards have been cleared from the space & sharp edges of tables, sofa's etc. are cleared and out of the dance space.
