Concert Rehearsal:

Saturday 15th November 2025 at our Woolooware Studio (Woolooware High School’s Dance Studio’s) -

Time: 11:30 - 12:30pm

Directions: Drive through the school gates and park near the basketball court. The dance studio’s are adjacent.

Concert - On The Night

Key Times

4:15pm – Arrival at The Pavilion Foyer (in costume and shoes) for stage rehearsal. A teacher will come and meet you and lead one parent and their dancer into the auditorium where they will sit together in the front two rows ready for their onstage practice at approx. 4:30pm.

4:50pm – After their rehearsal, babyballet Stars will go to the backstage dressing room with their teachers where we have some snacks, colouring-in & craft and Under The Sea decorations!

5:15pm – Doors open for the audience.

(5:30 pm - 7:45 pm) – Show Time, including a 20-minute interval.

Our babyballet Stars will perform as the second in the program, taking the stage at approximately 5:50pm.

After their performance, there will be a brief onstage medal presentation for the babyballet Stars. Following the presentation, dancers will be guided by their teachers to the backstage door (located in the foyer) to meet one parent or guardian. Dancers can then join their family in the audience to watch the remainder of the concert.

If you would like a seat for your dancer you can purchase an extra seat and then email The Pavilion Box office and they will exchange for a FREE dancers seat by applying a refund.

COSTUME Checklist

Arrive dressed in your costume with hair and make-up done. Please note hair will be a straight back ballet bun.

Our babyballet Stars will be Bunnies! Costume items and check list will be posted here shortly.
